I want to be able to control the picture monster that has been accumulating since I attained adulthood and bought my first camera. I am thousands of photos behind and I have definitely failed at being the "perfect mom."
My little pioneer...our stake/church held a 3 day pioneer trek at the Marriott Ranch. They pushed hand carts, made wax candles, had their hair washed by older ladies and ended one of the nights with a hoedown.

We were at the mall and the girls wanted a milk shake. I told them that if they wanted a real milk shake you won't find it at the mall. I took them to the burger shake around the corner. The shakes were amazing and the jukebox on the table was a lot of fun too.
The old timers tried to tell these kids to move to the back but they weren't budging. They didn't need to. Once the gun went off, they were gone racing to the finish line.
Lexi's school from California came to D.C. for their 8th grade trip. We followed them around to the different sites so that Lexi could spend time with her friends.
