Panama Hat Shopping

 Paul would really like a Panama Hat sometime. We were out walking in Georgetown and came across this cool hat store.

 I picked out the blue wall color. I like it.

Activity day's runway night

 Livy and her friend Ashlan dressed up as rockers for our Activity Day Girls runway night.

Grace was a Egyptian dancer. I wish the picture wasn't so blurry.

Barbie saves the day and Let them eat cake!

 We live in a neat 1940's style house. That being said...it comes with some quirks. One of them being our bedroom door knob falls out and goes missing. Luckily, when that happens, Grace's barbie can save the day.

I think this might be breakfast! It has milk, eggs, etc. :)

Snow Cave on Capitol Hill

We have a four wheel drive Suburban and the streets were empty. Most people were hibernating inside but not us. We drove to the Mall and had acres of snow to ourselves. A foreign news crew even took video of us building our snow cave.

Smow-mageddon

We saw lots of snow in February. People say it is normally milder but I'm not convinced. On the plus side school and work were cancelled.

Sugar Cookies Decorating

My good friend Yumi makes wonderful sugar cookies and is really talented at frosting them. I haven't had a whole lot of practice at this. She invited some friends over and gave us a demonstration and then let us loose. Mine are far from professional but they tasted good! Sadly all of these fun girls have since moved overseas.
